How you can help

We are grateful to everyone who wants to support our work for Bromley’s homeless people with their time and their money. You can support us in the following ways:

Volunteer. We rely on volunteers to keep our service running. They come from many different backgrounds and have many different skills. The one thing they have in common is that they’re all heroes!

If you want to volunteer, we’re always looking for people to:

  • Be Trustees.
  • Help in our advice centre.
  • Host homeless people.
  • Be part of our Safeguarding team.
  • Help with Community Engagement.
  • Help us with Fundraising.
  • Organise events.
  • Cook/serve meals.
If you would like to help, you can register by clicking here. We’d also recommend that you read our Safeguarding Policy before registering. It’s really important that all our volunteers understand and follow our safeguarding policy, so that we can keep everyone safe.

Host. If you have a spare room and would like to know more about hosting someone who needs a home then please click here.

Donate. We’re a small charity, and we rely on the donations of our supporters to survive. It’s easy to donate, just click here.

If you can make a regular donation that would be amazing. You can cancel your donation at any time, but even donating just a few pounds a month will make a huge difference to the people we support. One-off donations are brilliant, but regular donations mean we can plan what services we can provide next month and the month after, knowing that you’ll be supporting us whilst we’re supporting those who desperately need our help.

Alternatively, if you’d prefer to donate by cheque, you can send cheques to us at 20 Widmore Road, Bromley, BR1 1RY, made out to ‘Bromley Homeless’. If you donate this way please consider completing a Gift Aid Form as well so we can claim gift aid on your donation.

Leave a Legacy.

We would be extremely grateful if you’d consider leaving a gift to Bromley Homeless in your Will. You will be leaving a lasting legacy that will improve other people’s lives immeasurably.
