Sleep-Out Terms and Conditions
- If you are under the age of 18, additional conditions apply.
You must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- You confirm that you will be sufficiently fit and healthy to participate and do so at your own risk.
- You agree that you will do nothing to bring the Bromley Homeless CIO into disrepute.
- You will be mindful of our neighbours and not make excessive noise.
- You agree that you will forward all monies donated to you for this event to the Bromley Homeless CIO, within 6 weeks of the event.
- Except for online donations, you must record the names and the donation amount from all your sponsors. Please ask them to consider Gift Aid if it applies to them; in this case, please gather the sponsor’s full name and address. It adds 25% to their donation at no cost to themselves and for higher rate tax payers can reduce their own taxes. Use this sleep out pledge form to collect their names.
- We accept no liability for loss or damage to your personal belongings and strongly advise you not to bring valuables to the event.
- We reserve the right to refuse entry or ask you to leave.
- You agree that photographs that capture your participation in the event may be used by the Bromley Homeless CIO for future publicity.
- You agree that we may send you emails about the charity in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not share your details with anyone and you can unsubscribe at any time.
