Join Us for Homelessness Sunday
A Day of Faith and Social Action
This year, Bromley Homeless is partnering with local churches to mark Homelessness Sunday on Sunday, 4th October 2026. (World Homelessness is scheduled for Saturday 10th October 2026, this year!). We invite your congregation to join us in dedicating this day to meaningful social action.
Together, we want to shine a light on the reality facing thousands of people across the country, from those sleeping rough or living in cars, to those sofa-surfing between friends and families until time runs out. Homelessness can happen to anyone; in fact, most people are just two pay cheques away from it.
Bromley Homeless aims to alleviate homelessness across the borough for 500 people each year, and as our outreach services expand in local communities, we hope to increase this. This is your opportunity to support financially and help us to raise much needed funds, as well as raise awareness of the causes and challenges for people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
Bromley Homeless invites you to stand with us to make a difference.
1. Choose Bromley Homeless as your charity for Homelessness Sunday.
- Sign up your church in support of the day.
- Donate your funds collected via this link and send us an email to confirm your contribution. (Please remember to Gift Aid your donation)
- Your church will receive a certificate to confirm the contribution you have made, to share with your congregants.
2. Send us your church’s logo as a png/jpeg file for us to include on our webpage. Homesunday@bromleyhomeless.org
3. Ask for a Bromley Homeless speaker to come to your church throughout the year to speak to congregants about the charity and the life changing work we do.
4. Join us for our Big Sleep Out or our Annual Fundraising Dinner Saturday 14 November 2026 at 7:00pm.
